deltog.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Løp for første gang under 4 timmer på ett "50km" lopp, hadde 3,53 min etter 50km, slutt tiden blev 3.59.57 min med ett snitt på 4,39 min/km og 156 Bpm.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br Sk&amp;#248;vde 6-timmars den f&amp;#248;rste uken etter l&amp;#248;pet sykklet jeg bare og l&amp;#248;p en kort tur, uken etterp&amp;#229; l&amp;#248;p jeg 15km p&amp;#229; tirsdagen og p&amp;#229; onsdagen hadde jeg bytt om og var p&amp;#229; vei ut d&amp;#229; jeg pl&amp;#248;tsligt f&amp;#248;lte meg uvel. De siste 2 månedene har jeg fått trent nesten så myket som jeg hadde som mål (har ikke velat øke trenings mengden for mye da dette vil øke sjansen får skader, etter førre helgens  51km inne på Bislett blev det 20 km både på Onsdag og Torsdag. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Hadde planer om 3 stk 20km denne uken og sen vila neste uke (med en kort 10km på onsdagen) som forberedelse til Lørdagens Ultra Moro ;-), Men direkt etter Torsdagens 20km fikk jeg en underlig følelse ("murring") i samme kne som jeg opererte, det gjør ikke vondt (men bare føles rart). Har bestemt meg og ikke løpe noen innen Onsdagen, om denne "underlige følelse" fortsetter må jeg vurdere loppet i Skövde (får håpe dette bare er Psykiskt) ;-)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br type='text'>Snø...</title><content type='html'>er jobbigt løp 20km i tirsdags og 20 km idag, då gangveiene er fulle med snøsludd fikk jeg prøve og løpe på bilveien (farligt) får hoppe frem og tilbake &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Lørdag: 15km på morgen, 15km på kvelden&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Søndag: 15km&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ukens total blev altså 5*15km =75 km&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Då det er veldigt vanskeligt om dagen og få til trening ( barn, Kona jobber skift etc..) så får jeg vare nøjd enda, enda som erger meg er at det ikke blev ett lang pass på helgen.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Skal begynne og transport løpe frem og tilbake til  jobben (15km en vei) noen dag i uken, dette i tilegg til noen vanlig pass + långpass på helgen så jeg håper jeg får økt uke totalen fremover.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;God Natt &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Kveldens løpe tur blev den vanlige turen til Gommerud og tilbake alltså 15km, har løpt denne turen 4 ganger denne uken, disse 4 turer plus helgens langtur gjorde att ukens total distans blev 95 km, vurderer sterkt at skaffe en tredmølle då det har vart mellan 15-20 minus grader på varje løp tur. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Har ikke åkt langrenn ennu i vinter då jeg forsatt siste ukene, har bare løpt ca 40 km i uken de siste 4 ukene, men besluttet idag og prøve en litt lengre tur, ryggen var vond fra begynnelsen men jeg bet i hop og løp på i 5 min tempo, etter 20 km kom jeg til en Esso station stoppet der og kjøpte en skolebolle (smaket utsøkt) etter noen minutter fortsatte turen hjem. Drog hjemmifra runt 8,30 med riktning mot Drammen, då dagen bjød på +1 grad og øs regn hadde jeg bestemt meg for att løpe i både ullundertøy, Gore Windstopper jakke og en Gor-Tex Paclite jakke med Hette (denne jakken brukte jeg halve loppet).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="TEXT-ALIGN: left"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;Hadde som mål for dagen at starte i 4,45 tempo de første milene og sen førsøke hålla meg under 5,00 Min/km til målgang. Ved starten så drog Helge og Gjermund som vanlig i vei i 3,30 fart ;-), ble liggande bakom Sten-Gunnar og Nils Hjelle som låg i ca 4,20 tempo. troligt at det er en menisk skade jeg har fått ;-(.&lt;div&gt;Jeg har iallefall fått klarsignal til og trene igjen ;-), skal ta en rolig tur i kveld sikter på 20KM i roligt tempo&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Etter trening&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Det blev kun 17 km idag, benet føltes ikke bra, får ta det roligt de neste dagene frem til MR undersøkelsen.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br
